The Trade Desk is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Android team, delivering features across mobile and TV platforms. You’ll collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to ship high-quality, user-centric Android experiences using Kotlin, Coroutines, and Jetpack Compose.

You’ll contribute to design discussions, code reviews, and mentoring, focus on performance and reliability, and help advance cross‑platform development.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in Android development with solid knowledge of the Android SDK.
• Proficiency in Kotlin, including Coroutines for asynchronous programming.
• Hands‑on experience with Jetpack Compose for modern UI development.
• Solid understanding of architecture patterns (MVI, Repository pattern, Interactors/Use Cases).
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to mentor and support other engineers.
• Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) or interest in cross‑platform development.
• Familiarity with dependency injection frameworks (e.g., Hilt or Dagger).
• Experience with performance optimization, accessibility, and analytics.
