You will design, implement, and ship features for a shared codebase powering 50+ stations, mentor teammates, and tackle performance and architecture challenges. We value modern Android development, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to translate requirements into well-architected solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years building native Android apps with Kotlin
• Experience with modern Android UI and Jetpack Compose
• Understanding MVVM and Clean Architecture concepts

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and ship features for the Android app using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
• Own significant code areas and resolve complex issues
• Improve performance, reliability, and architectural quality
• Mentor teammates through code reviews and guidance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements
