Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of Android development.
• Expert-level Kotlin, Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, and Architecture Components.
• Experience with large-scale consumer Android apps.
• Strong MVVM, DI, modular design.
• Experience with REST/GraphQL and authentication/payments.
• Agile/Scrum experience; strong problem-solving.
• Security, performance, observability knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade Android apps in Kotlin.
• Build and enhance customer experiences including marketplace, offers, checkout, payments, loyalty, subscriptions, and order tracking.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, UX Designers, QA, and backend engineers to deliver quality solutions.
• Drive Android architecture, reusable components, coding standards, and best practices.
• Optimize performance, startup time, memory, and user experience.
• Implement automated tests, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Support production releases, monitoring, troubleshooting, and incidents.
• Stay current with Android technologies and propose improvements.
