Concentrix is seeking a Senior Android Developer to design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade Android applications used by millions of customers. You will lead Kotlin-based development, drive modern Android architectures, and collaborate across product, UX, QA, and backend teams.

The role emphasizes MVVM, Clean Architecture, and modular design with REST/GraphQL integration, agile practices, and a focus on performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional Android development experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Kotlin, Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, Android Architecture Components, Coroutines, and Flow.
• Experience building large-scale consumer-facing Android applications for millions of users.
• Strong knowledge of MVVM, Clean Architecture, Dependency Injection, and modular design.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, authentication platforms, and payment systems.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Knowledge of mobile security, performance optimization, observability, and monitoring.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade Android applications using Kotlin and modern Android frameworks.
• Build experiences across marketplace, offers, checkout, payments, loyalty, subscriptions, and order tracking.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, UX, QA, and backend teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Drive architecture, reusable components, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
• Optimize performance, startup time, memory usage, and user experience.
• Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and release management processes.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical leadership, and mentor junior developers.
• Support production releases, monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
• Stay current with Android technologies and propose process improvements.
