CVS Health Digital is seeking a Senior Android Software Engineer to own Android app development, maintenance and delivery across CVS Health100 and related apps, reporting to the Senior Manager - Rx Digital Engineering. You will work with cross-functional teams to build a seamless omni-channel mobile experience.

The role emphasizes writing efficient Kotlin/Jetpack Compose/Java, applying MVVM and other design patterns, and contributing to the full software development lifecycle on agile teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development for enterprise-class applications.
• 3+ years of Android front-end development and multi-device support.
• Experience across the complete Mobile SDLC using Android SDK.
• Strong understanding of modern Android architectures and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate and deploy Android applications in a fast-paced environment.
• Write efficient, well-documented code in Kotlin/Jetpack Compose/Java.
• Apply design patterns like MVVM and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Create core libraries and contribute to the Android architecture and tooling.
• Work with concurrency and scheduling techniques; participate in agile ceremonies.
• Partner with Product, Engineering and UX to deliver seamless mobile experiences.
