Job summary

Resolve Tech Solutions in Irving, TX is seeking an experienced Android engineer to design, develop and maintain native Android apps in Kotlin and Java. You will focus on reliability, performance, and scalable architecture across the app lifecycle.

You will implement MVVM and Clean Architecture, work with REST APIs, CI/CD, and participate in code reviews, testing, and production support across devices and OS versions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on native Android development in Kotlin/Java.
• Strong understanding of Android SDK, lifecycle, permissions, and device compatibility.
• Experience designing apps with scalable architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, offline storage, and error handling.
• Experience with testing (unit/integration/UI) and code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain native Android apps with emphasis on reliability and performance.
