You will design and implement in Java or Kotlin, mentor junior engineers, review architecture, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet schedules and performance goals in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination
• Demonstrated proficiency with designing well-architected software systems and modules
• Experience leading complex software projects as an individual contributor

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership as an individual contributor for Java/Kotlin software development for new products
• Decompose functional requirements into well-defined tasks and drive project planning
• Mentor junior engineers (Level 1 & 2) and perform peer technical assessments
• Contribute to advanced technical research and process improvements
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet schedules and performance goals
