CVS Health Digital is hiring a Senior Software Engineer - Android to lead the development, maintenance and delivery of Android apps, collaborating with design, product and backend teams in a fast-paced agile environment.

This role emphasizes hands-on coding in Kotlin/Jetpack Compose and Java, applying MVVM/MVC patterns, and contributing to a seamless omni-channel experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of software development experience in enterprise-class applications.
• 3+ years of Android frontend development experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Android SDK and mobile SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Developing, integrating and deploying Android Applications.
• Write efficient, well-documented code with Kotlin/Jetpack Compose/Java in Android using Android Studio.
• Work in OOP and design patterns, such as MVVM, MVC, Strategy.
• Create core libraries, application framework, and Android architecture.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and UX teams to influence Android app development.
