Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Android development with a track record of shipping high-quality consumer apps at scale.
- Strong Kotlin experience and modern Android architectures (MVVM/MVI).
- Focus on usability, accessibility, performance, and delightful interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Design and build high-quality Android experiences for Fable.
- Collaborate with product, design, QE, and engineers to deliver performant, intuitive, polished features.
- Strengthen app architecture and performance.
- Contribute to technical direction and evolve Android foundations and best practices.
- Partner with engineers to improve code quality, test coverage, and release reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, mentorship, and design discussions to help the team grow.
- Champion a user-first mindset and apply AI coding tools to boost velocity.
