Job summary

Grant Thornton (US) in Bellevue, WA is seeking an Anaplan Sr. Associate to deliver advisory and implementation services across client organizations within the Transformation Practice.

You will participate in full life cycle implementations, document requirements, design, build, and train users. The role requires at least 3 years of relevant consulting experience, 2 full Anaplan implementations, and strong communication and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, IT, MIS, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of related work experience in a national cross‑industry consulting role.
• Minimum of 2 full life cycle implementations of Anaplan.
• Industry recognized professional certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles, metrics and reports.
• Experience with application integration & back‑end data connectivity.
• Experience installing/configuring/implementing Infor Applications.
• Exposure or training on Anaplan Applications.
• Knowledge of Anaplan Applications.
• Proven ability delivering complex, time‑sensitive projects.
• Strong leadership skills; able to run meetings and write technical docs.
• Able to map current to future state processes for business objectives.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, & build phases
• Document business requirements, system design and transformational goals
• Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing
• Create training materials and quick reference guides for user adoption
• Conduct training classes for deployment readiness
• Provide post-production support
• Participate in full life cycle implementations
• Identify business requirements, design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, and support procedures
• Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization)
• Other duties as assigned
