Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking an Anaplan Sr. Associate to provide advisory and implementation services across client organizations within Transformation Practice.

You will support full life cycle implementations, document requirements, and design transformational goals while ensuring effective user adoption and post-launch support. You'll manage planning, design, and build phases, work with integration and data connectivity, and travel up to 40% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, IT, MIS or related field required; Master’s a plus.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar consulting practice servicing cross-industry clients.
• Minimum of 2 full life cycle implementations of Anaplan.
• Industry recognized professional certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles, metrics and reports.
• Experience with application integration & back-end data connectivity.
• Experience installing/configuring/ implementing Anaplan.
• Exposure or training on Anaplan Applications.
• Knowledge of Anaplan Applications.
• Proven ability delivering complex, time-sensitive projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, and build phases.
• Document business requirements, system design and transformational goals.
• Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
• Create training materials and quick reference guides for user adoption.
• Conduct training classes to prepare end users for deployment.
• Provide post-production support.
• Participate in full life cycle implementations.
• Identify business requirements, functional design, process design and prototyping.
• Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).
• Other duties as assigned.
