Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking an Anaplan Sr. Associate in Bellevue, WA to perform advisory and implementation services across client organizations within Transformation Practice.

You will participate in full life cycle implementations from planning to deployment, working with cross-functional teams and driving value for clients. The role requires at least 3 years in a consulting setting, two Anaplan lifecycle implementations, strong communication, and travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; Master’s is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years in a consulting or cross-industry client-focused role.
• Minimum of 2 full lifecycle Anaplan implementations.
• Industry-recognized professional certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles, metrics and reports.
• Experience with integration and back-end data connectivity apps.
• Experience installing/configuring Anaplan applications.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design and build phases.
• Document business requirements, system design and transformational goals.
• Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
• Create training materials and quick reference guides for user adoption.
• Conduct training classes for end users prior to deployment.
• Provide post-production support and ongoing optimization.
• Participate in full life cycle implementations across client projects.
• Identify business requirements, design functional and process designs, prototyping and testing.
• Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).
• Other duties as assigned.
