Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking an Anaplan Sr. Associate to deliver advisory and implementation services across client organizations within the Transformation Practice. You’ll support planning, design, build phases and help drive user adoption through training and materials.

Expect responsibilities across requirements documentation, system design, integration, testing, and post-production support while maintaining utilization targets. Travel up to 40% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, HR, IT, MIS or related field.
• 3+ years experience in a consulting or cross-industry role.
• 2+ full lifecycle Anaplan implementations.
• Industry certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles and reports.
• Experience with integration and data connectivity apps.
• Exposure or training on Anaplan applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in full life cycle implementations (planning, design, build).
• Document requirements, system design, and transformational goals.
• Configure applications and perform iterative unit testing.
• Create training materials and quick reference guides.
• Conduct end-user training for deployment.
• Provide post-production support.
• Participate in full life cycle implementations.
• Identify business requirements, design processes, prototyping, testing, training, and support procedures.
• Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).
• Other duties as assigned.
