Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking an Anaplan Sr. Associate to deliver advisory and implementation services across client organizations within Transformation Practice.

You’ll participate in full life cycle implementations, design, build, and testing, and help prepare end users through training materials and sessions. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years in consulting, and 2 Anaplan LCIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting, HR, IT, MIS, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar consulting role serving cross-industry clients.
• Minimum of 2 full life cycle Anaplan implementations.
• Industry-recognized professional certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of SDLC, metrics, and reporting.
• Experience with application integration and back-end data connectivity.
• Exposure to Anaplan Applications.
• Ability to deliver complex projects on tight timelines.
• Strong leadership, meeting facilitation, and document-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, and build phases.
• Document business requirements, system design, and transformational goals.
• Configure applications and perform iterative unit testing.
• Create training materials and quick reference guides for user adoption.
• Conduct training classes for end users prior to deployment.
• Provide post-production support.
• Collaborate across teams to define future state processes based on business objectives.
• Travel as needed, up to 40%.
