Job summary

Grant Thornton in Bellevue, WA is seeking an Anaplan Sr. Associate to deliver advisory and implementation services across client transformations, supported by a collaborative Transformation Practice.

You will lead planning, design, build, and training efforts, partner with cross-functional teams, and travel up to 40% to meet client needs while enabling confident, measurable business outcomes. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and hands-on experience with Anaplan life cycles

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, IT, MIS, or related field required
• Minimum 3 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry clients at a national level
• Minimum of 2 full life cycle implementations of Anaplan
• Industry recognized professional certification required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics, and reports
• Experience with application integration & back-end data connectivity applications
• Experience installing/configuring/implementing Anaplan Applications
• Exposure or training on Anaplan Applications
• Knowledge of Anaplan Applications
• Proven ability delivering complex and time sensitive projects
• Strong leadership skills, able to conduct meetings and write technically oriented documents
• Able to work with clients to understand current state processes and define future state processes based on business objectives
• Can travel as needed. Expected travel is up to 40%
• The base salary range for this position is between $110,400 and $140,760. Placement within the pay range is at Grant Thornton’s discretion, and it is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to, job -related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, progression within the role, geographic location, and internal equity.

Responsibilities

• Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, & build phases
• Responsible for documenting business requirements, system design and transformational goals
• Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing
• Help to create training materials and quick reference guides to support user adoption
• Conduct training classes to prepare end users for deployment
• Provide post-production support
• Participate in full life cycle implementations
• Assist in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures
• Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization)
• Other duties as assigned
