Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking an Anaplan Sr. Associate who will deliver advisory and implementation services across client organizations within the Transformation Practice, supported by a strong team and resources.

From day one, you’ll contribute to full life cycle implementations, document requirements, design, build, test, train end users, and provide post-production support. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, client contact, and up to 40% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, IT, MIS required; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of consulting experience servicing cross-industry clients.
• Minimum 2 full life cycle implementations of Anaplan.
• Industry recognized professional certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with software development lifecycles and data connectivity.
• Ability to deliver complex, time-sensitive projects; travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, and build phases.
• Document business requirements, system design, and transformational goals.
• Configure applications and conduct unit testing.
• Create training materials and quick reference guides for user adoption.
• Conduct training classes for deployment and provide post-production support.
• Meet or exceed targeted billing hours; work with clients to define future state processes.
