The Business Systems & Analytics Senior Analyst at Crescent Energy is responsible for delivering analytics, reporting, and data-driven insights across Operations Services, including Supply Chain, HSE, Sustainability, Fleet, Security, and Production Accounting. You will translate business needs into reliable reporting and dashboards, partnering with IT to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in data analytics and BI.
• Upstream oil and gas experience preferred, especially unconventional.
• Proven ability to deliver analytics and dashboards to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical projects from requirements to delivery with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and management reports.
• Analyze Snowflake and other datasets to identify performance drivers.
• Mentor analysts and promote self-service analytics.
• Validate outputs against source data and governance standards.
