The Cigna Group is seeking a Business Analytics Manager to lead a small analytics team focused on Learning & Knowledge Management. You will deliver analytics, trusted data, and lightweight digital solutions while guiding a hands-on practitioner in analytics or data engineering.

This remote role supports multiple geographies, with onsite days for some locations as needed. The role partners with leaders to identify opportunities, translate challenges into actionable analytics, and improve learner

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, statistics, mathematics, economics, CS, information systems, business, or related field preferred.
• 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, BI, data engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring analytics teams.
• Advanced SQL skills with complex queries and data validation.
• Python or scripting language for data prep, automation, or app dev.
• Experience building ETL processes and analytics-ready datasets.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI for dashboards and reporting.
• Strong analytical, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Analytics Advisors.
• Partner with Product Owner to align work with backlog and objectives.
• Provide guidance on analytics approaches, delivery plans, and stakeholders.
• Balance workload, remove blockers, and contribute to delivery when needed.
• Ensure quality, governance, security, and maintainability of work products.
• Serve as trusted advisor to Learning, Knowledge Management, and Operations leaders.
• Identify opportunities for analytics, data, automation, and lightweight tech solutions.
• Translate business needs into clearly defined analytics and tech work.
• Communicate recommendations and tradeoffs in business terms.
• Collaborate with enterprise data and engineering teams on architecture and governance.
