You will own complex projects, guide teams, and manage client relationships while delivering actionable solutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep analytics experience in data-driven consulting, with a strong quantitative mindset and proven ability to mentor staff.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data-driven consulting.
• Prior B2B consulting experience.
• Can manage challenging marketing and sales enablement projects.
• Ability to use data to build narratives with actionable recommendations.
• Strong quantitative mindset.
• Proven account management and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME across offerings such as database marketing, campaign reporting, descriptive analytics, and propensity modeling using Excel, R, SQL, Python, and SAS.
• Synthesize analyses and develop strategic frameworks with actionable recommendations.
• Lead engagement delivery, manage timelines, workstreams, deliverables, and team members while maintaining client relationships.
• Mentor junior staff through project-based training.
• Assist in business development through thought leadership and market presence.
