Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, public administration, information systems, data analytics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of federal financial management, financial systems, or data analytics experience.
• Experience developing SOPs, process documentation, job aids, or system user guidance.
• Experience supporting operations, implementation, enhancement, or user adoption of a financial, budgeting, grants, or enterprise business application.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the financial management and budgeting application.
• Translate system processes into clear operating guidance for end users with varying technical knowledge.
• Develop SOPs, process maps, desk guides, and other system documentation.
• Extract, organize, validate, and analyze financial and operational data from the application and related sources.
• Develop recurring and on-demand reports, dashboards, and briefing materials for stakeholders.
• Engage financial managers, program staff, system owners, developers, analysts, and leadership to clarify needs.
