Job summary

Zenith, part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking an Associate Director, Analytics in New York to lead data-driven client storytelling and measurement design. You will partner with Business Planning and Activation to align data strategy with business goals and guide junior analysts on day-to-day deliverables.

You will craft measurement plans, present insights to senior stakeholders, and help shape the analytics roadmap with the VP, Analytics.

Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. in Mathematics, Statistics, CS, Marketing/Advertising or related field.
• 6+ years of analytics experience in an agency setting.
• Agency experience highly preferred.
• Knowledge of digital media and advertising industries.
• Experience with Python, R, SQL.
• Relational databases experience.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas to clients and present to senior staff.
• Experience with Ad Servers such as DCM.
• Experience with measurement vendors and BI software.
• Experience with Nielsen, Kantar, DISQO, VideoAmp, Samba, and/or comScore.
• Advanced Excel skills: macros, advanced formulas, pivot tables; large data handling.
• Understanding of online advertising channels: Search, Display, DSPs, Social; expertise in at least one.
• Translate client needs into creative analytics solutions.
• Experience with two+ advanced analytics methods: descriptive statistics, linear regression, MMM, cross-device measurement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Planning and Activation to design data strategy tying marketing to business goals.
• Work with Director & Analytics Manager to stay on track with deliverables.
• Design measurement plans based on client needs and tell stories with data.
• Help VP build and execute analytics strategy.
