Blink Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, Client Analytics to turn patient and prescription data into actionable insights for pharmaceutical manufacturers. You will collaborate with Client/Account Management, Operations and Data Engineering to drive program performance and strengthen client relationships.

The role emphasizes expert SQL and data modeling, strong business acumen, and storytelling to present data-driven recommendations to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years of analytics experience in pharma, healthcare, or related sectors.
• Experience translating analytics into client insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Client/Account Management to support pharma manufacturer relationships and program optimization.
• Develop and maintain client KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards focused on prescription and patient journey.
• Analyze script volume, conversion, fulfillment, abandonment, persistence and other journey metrics.
• Conduct funnel, cohort, trend, and deep-dive analyses to map patient progression.
• Evaluate performance across product, program, channel, provider, payer, and geography.
• Establish measurement frameworks and KPIs for new client programs.
