Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care seeks a Senior Analytics Consultant to translate pharmacy, sales, and operational data into actionable insights for business decisions. You will lead analytics engagements, define problems with stakeholders, and deliver data-driven recommendations for executives, operations, and technology teams.

The role emphasizes independent analytic leadership, communication of complex findings, and driving growth and efficiency with robust dashboards and metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years analytics experience or Master's degree and 3+ years analytics experience.
• Consultative analytics partner with business stakeholders to define problems and deliver recommendations.
• Experience leading analytics lifecycle from intake to implementation.
• Progressive experience in analytics, BI, informatics, pharmacy or sales analytics.
• Strong SQL and visualization tool proficiency; ability to communicate insights to leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analytical initiatives supporting strategic business priorities.
• Act as analytics partner to leaders to define problems, opportunities and hypotheses.
• Independently manage analytics engagements from intake to delivery of outcomes.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks and drivers.
• Design metrics, dashboards, and decision-support tools.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for exec, ops, and tech.
• Influence strategic decisions with insights impacting growth and efficiency.
