The Haskell Company in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior Analyst to provide analytics and modeling expertise, guiding projects to be on schedule and within cost. You will manage assigned scopes of work and mentor teammates while delivering data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities include leading model development, audits, and presenting results to varied audiences. Experience in analytics, simulation tools, and manufacturing is valued; travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7–15 years of experience in analytics, modeling, or industrial/systems engineering.
• Experience with at least one general purpose programming language such as C#, Java, or Python.
• Experience with discrete event simulation tools is preferred.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification or manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop data-driven solutions and recommendations using simulation and analytical models.
• Lead model development, implementation and validation to meet standards.
• Conduct system audits and use probability/statistics to model problems.
• Present analytical results to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mentor team members and support business development with analytics proposals.
• Lead projects, manage budgets, schedules, and scope changes.
• Travel is required.
