Job summary

Haskell is seeking a Senior Analyst to provide analytics and modeling expertise across projects, ensuring technical soundness, on-schedule delivery, and cost control. You will mentor analysts and lead smaller project efforts with limited guidance from Engineering Management.

The role requires building data-driven solutions, leading model development, and presenting results to diverse audiences. Travel is required, and a strong emphasis on Lean/Six Sigma concepts is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial or Systems preferred).
• 7–15 years of analytics, modeling, or industrial/systems engineering experience.
• Strong analytical skills: descriptive, predictive, prescriptive analytics, regression, optimization, ML, or mathematical programming.
• Experience with at least one programming language (C#, Java, or Python).
• Experience with discrete event simulation tools and data management basics.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven solutions using simulation, emulation and analytical models.
• Lead model development, implementation and validation to meet standards.
• Conduct system audits and use statistics to model problems and provide recommendations.
• Present results to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mentor team members and support diversity and training.
• Develop and maintain analytics tools and best practices for service offerings.
• Support business development with technical scope and labor estimates for proposals and client relations.
• Lead projects with teams, budgets, schedules and scope changes; manage communications and travel.
