Job summary

Athene seeks a senior actuarial leader to oversee the design, execution, and governance of its actuarial model production for GAAP and Statutory reporting. You will manage a multi-team effort across actuarial IT, FP&A, and external audits to ensure timely, auditable model runs.

You will drive process design, controls, and continuous improvement while mentoring analysts and actuaries in a fast-paced close environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• ASA certification required; FSA preferred.
• Deep experience in model production for GAAP and Statutory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end actuarial model production for quarterly and monthly closes.
• Establish governance standards for inputs, configurations, output validation, and version control.
• Lead design and improvement of production workflows and tooling.
