Mb Solutions, Inc. seeks a Senior Data Analyst to lead data analytics and modeling efforts, driving descriptive and predictive products for operational, logistics, and supply chain decision-making. You will mentor junior analysts and present findings to government and program leadership.

The role requires advanced data mining, statistical modeling, and experience with Tableau/Power BI to deliver actionable insights and executive-level reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Operations Research, Statistics, Mathematics, CS or Business Analytics.
• 7+ years of professional data analytics experience.
• 3+ years supporting supply chain or logistics operations.
• Proven experience delivering advanced analytical products.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data Analytics and Modeling activities per PWS 2.5.8.2.
• Develop descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytical products.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop statistical and predictive models to support logistics and operational decisions.
• Apply data mining, statistical modeling, and ML techniques to address complex requirements.
• Create dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Transform raw data into meaningful metrics and actionable insights.
• Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts.
• Review analyses to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with Government personnel and leaders to define requirements.
