Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in advanced professional web analytics.
• Proven experience taking analytics metrics from requirements through implementation and dashboards.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages analytics reporting to support KPIs for e-commerce, marketing campaigns, and website behavior across MGMRI brands.
• Leads and mentors a team of senior analysts to handle ad hoc requests and analysis.
• Establishes business requirements and timelines to manage reports and requests for direct reports.
• Performs assessments to align technology and reporting solutions with business initiatives.
• Partners with stakeholders to track, prioritize, and manage analytics initiatives across teams; serves as analytics/tracking contact.
