Viral Nation is seeking an Analytic Lead to shape data-driven decision making across our client and internal teams. You will translate complex data into clear narratives for executives and partners, guiding strategy and investments in social-first and commerce initiatives.

The role demands a track record of leading analytics programs, building scalable data systems, and mentoring teams in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience in marketing, media, or agency environments, applying analytics to drive client strategy.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 7-10+ years of progressive experience in research, analytics, and measurement.
• Expertise in brand tracking, brand lift studies, regression, Market Mix Modeling, social listening, and web analytics.
• Strong technical proficiency in Python, SQL, GCP (BigQuery), Snowflake, and Sigma for reporting.
• Ability to architect analytics workflows, data pipelines, and reporting systems.
• Excellent executive-level communication and collaboration.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders with data-driven guidance.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as senior analytics partner translating objectives into scalable measurement frameworks for social-first and commerce-driven growth.
• Advise executive leadership on marketing and investment decisions using data-driven insights tied to revenue.
• Own end-to-end measurement strategy across paid, influencer, social, and retail media.
• Forecast revenue and lift across eCommerce and brick-and-mortar with predictive models.
• Design ROI frameworks: brand lift, sales lift, incrementality tests, MMM, marketing mix.
• Build scalable systems to evaluate influencer effectiveness and content performance.
• Identify emerging consumer trends to inform brand strategy and go-to-market planning.
• Lead and scale analytics team, fostering rigor and storytelling.
• Oversee scalable data infrastructure, dashboards, and executive reporting.
