You will drive data storytelling, standardize reporting, and oversee a team of analysts in a value-driven, remote-capable role. You will collaborate across Enablement, Operations, Enterprise Data, Merchandising, and Supply Chain to ensure data-driven decisions before action.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business analytics, sales analytics, or related function.
• Expertise building scalable reporting systems and data storytelling for commercial teams.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business guidance.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop a team of analysts.
• Lead adoption of analytics systems and governance standards.
• Deliver recurring NAWS/CCG reporting packages (account performance, sell-in, sell-through).
• Embed AI/automation to improve efficiency and insights.
• Partner with Sales Enablement to align analytics with the commercial calendar.
