Job summary

Mindgruve seeks an Analytics Supervisor to lead measurement, analysis, and insights for paid, earned, and owned marketing initiatives. You translate business goals into practical measurement plans, ensure tracking accuracy, and deliver actionable insights.

This client-facing, hands-on role partners with Paid Media, SEO, CX/CRO, and Engineering/Development to ensure trustworthy data and clear performance stories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or related discipline with relevant work experience.
• 5+ years in analytics/measurement in an agency, consultancy, or in‑house environment.
• Strong dashboarding and reporting with stakeholder‑ready communication.
• Web analytics background with event-based measurement design and oversight.
• Tagging/implementation knowledge: GTM, data layers, conversion tracking, debugging with developers.

Responsibilities

• Define measurement strategy for multi‑channel programs and reporting requirements.
• Build and maintain dashboards (Looker Studio/Tableau) linking media to onsite behavior.
• Lead analytics implementations: GA4, GTM, data layers, cross‑domain tracking, enhanced ecommerce, QA.
