Job summary

Mindgruve is seeking an Analytics Supervisor to lead measurement, analysis, and insights across paid, earned, and owned marketing initiatives.

You will partner with Paid Media, SEO, CX/CRO, and Engineering to ensure trustworthy data and clear performance storytelling. 3‑day‑per‑week hybrid schedule from US offices, location flexibility, and a strong focus on dashboards and experimentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, business, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years in analytics/measurement in agency or in-house, with paid media exposure.
• Dashboarding proficiency (Tableau/Power BI) for stakeholder-ready visuals.
• Strong web analytics background (GA4/Adobe Analytics) with event-based measurement.
• Tagging knowledge: GTM, data layers, conversion tracking; collaborate with developers.

Responsibilities

• Define measurement strategy for multi‑channel programs and reporting.
• Lead analytics implementations including GA4, GTM, conversions, cross‑domain tracking.
• Build dashboards connecting media to onsite behavior and outcomes.
• Deliver recurring reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with CRO/UX teams on experiments and optimization.
