Job summary

The NCGA in Northern California seeks a Senior Manager, Business Analytics & Modeling to turn membership, participation, and financial data into actionable insights that drive growth and satisfaction. You will lead the design of analytical frameworks, forecasting models, and performance dashboards that inform decisions across the organization.

Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you will partner with marketing, membership, operations and finance, translate data into clear narratives,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, statistics, economics, business, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience in business analytics or data science; membership or subscription-based organization a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker).
• Strong financial modeling skills and ability to stress-test models.
• Experience with CRM or membership platforms (HubSpot a plus).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain analytical models underpinning strategic planning (membership, financial, and operational).
• Partner with marketing, membership, operations and finance to translate data needs into solutions.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards and real-time KPIs.
• Work with marketing to evaluate member acquisition and engagement programs (A/B testing, attribution).
• Conduct segmentation and cohort analyses to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with customer service to leverage insights from NPS data and improve satisfaction.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to senior leadership.
