Job summary

KeyBank's Consumer Bank Checking & Marketing Analytics team seeks a Senior Analyst to drive segmentation, forecasting, and reporting for Direct Mail campaigns aimed at acquiring new customers and deepening relationships.

You will build campaign files, develop dashboards, and contribute to marketing spend forecasts while partnering with business teams. The role demands proficiency in SQL, dashboard development, and meticulous attention to detail under tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, MIS, analytics/data science, engineering, or related field (required)
• 5+ years of relevant financial services experience (required)
• Experience in banking industry with a strong understanding of key drivers of financial results (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Deliver moderate to complex analyses and reports using SQL/Python/R/SAS/Tableau.
• Lead conversations with business partners and present insights to stakeholders.
• Develop dashboards and reporting visuals to tell the right story.
• Mentor junior staff and review their work for quality and accuracy.
• Ensure solutions are documented and validated through testing.
