Job summary

Phase2 is seeking a Senior Data Analyst who moves clients from data collection to decision-making and increasingly, AI-augmented insight. You’ll blend client-facing strategy with hands-on execution across marketing, product, UX, and engineering to surface actionable insights and drive transformation.

You’ll lead analytics initiatives, build dashboards, and mentor teammates, reporting to the Lead Data Analyst within Phase2’s Data & Insights team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of digital analytics, marketing analytics, or data analysis in an agency or consulting environment.
• Deep expertise with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, plus experience with enterprise analytics platforms.
• Strong end-to-end measurement, analytics, and data storytelling.
• Experience with AI-assisted analytics, automated reporting, or ML-powered insights.
• Experience collaborating with web and app development to validate analytics implementations.

Responsibilities

• Audit client digital properties to verify analytics, tagging, and data pipelines.
• Design measurement frameworks aligned to client goals for marketing and product.
• Lead stakeholder conversations to translate goals into measurement requirements.
