Job summary

Owner is building a data & AI-first Product Analytics function. This Senior Associate role focuses on shaping the product roadmap through opportunity sizing, tracking product effectiveness, and contributing to strategic analytics initiatives.

You will partner with Product Managers, engineers, and designers to develop analytics, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows that drive business impact across product pods.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in analytics, strategy, or ops in SaaS, startups, or hybrid paths.
• Strong quantitative skills; SQL/Python/Claude Code/Codex and product analytics experience are a plus.
• You've built dashboards, tools, or processes, not just papers.
• Experience with SaaS, marketplaces, or high-growth startups preferred.
• Restaurant industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics for your product pod(s) and ship data products and automated AI workflows.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, designers, and developers to size opportunities and track product health metrics.
• Develop data models and dashboards using DBT and Snowflake to enable rapid decision-making.
• Identify gaps in product performance and propose immediate resolution pathways or actions.
• Drive analytics influence across the product org and contribute to roadmaps with measurable impact.
