Job summary

Skan.ai is hiring a hands-on Lead Data Analyst to own our analytics function end-to-end—building dashboards, mining data for insight, and ensuring reporting platforms scale under production volume.

You will architect descriptive and prescriptive analytics with Power BI and Superset, leverage AI/NLP tools to accelerate insights, and mentor a high-performing analytics team while partnering with product, engineering, and customer success to shape the platform roadmap.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on BI leadership delivering data-driven solutions.
• Proficient in SQL, databases, and data visualization with Power BI and Superset.
• Experience at scale: large data volumes, tuning, and observability.
• Familiar with AI/NLP tools to accelerate analytics.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build analytics dashboards end-to-end.
• Analyze data and surface insights with AI-augmented methods.
• Ensure data observability and reliability of dashboards.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams.
