Job summary

Napkyn, a Kepler Group company, is seeking a Senior Analytics Implementation Specialist to translate business requirements into enterprise-wide analytics and tag management implementations. You will consult with IT and executives, guide implementation choices, audit current deployments, and train teams for long-term success.

You will collaborate with analysts, account leads, and project managers to deliver end-to-end measurement solutions, staying current with industry trends and ensuring

Qualifications

• Proficient in reading and writing JavaScript for analytics deployments and UI work.
• Strong understanding of web technologies and analytics deployments.
• Experience with tag management systems (GTM, Tealium, Adobe Launch).
• Experience with server-side tagging and ecommerce GA implementations.
• QA processes in digital analytics and app development.
• Clear communicator with internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Stay current with analytics trends and technology developments.
• Present insights to clients and provide training as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven strategy.
• Deploy web and app measurement tools such as Google Analytics.
• Support Napkyn analysts with issue root-cause analysis and guidance.
• Develop and maintain implementation guides for analytics deployments.
• Lead site-wide audits of existing analytics implementations and provide improvement recommendations.
• Create and maintain best practices for on-site deployments of Google Analytics.
