Job summary

Napkyn, a Kepler Group company, seeks an experienced digital analytics professional to deliver data-driven insights for enterprise and scale-up clients. You will serve as both data analyst and delivery account lead, coordinating internal delivery and client communications to ensure work is completed on time and aligned with client needs.

You will regularly present data-driven insights to leadership, highlighting wins, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications

3–5 years experience in the digital analytics industry.
Professional Google Analytics experience and strong knowledge of Adobe Analytics.
Strong presentation skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Leadership and organizational skills.
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio).
Advanced experience with SQL, especially with Google BigQuery.
Knowledge of tag management tools (GTM, Segment, Adobe Launch).
Experience with MMM frameworks like Google Meridian is an asset.

Responsibilities

Serve as the Delivery Account Lead for assigned clients, coordinating project activity and internal teams.
Lead regular client status meetings and track priorities and timelines.
Stay up to date with industry tooling and strategy trends.
Present insights or provide training to clients.
Analyze large, complex data sets to understand consumer behavior and trends.
Gather measurement requirements from stakeholders and define capture methods.
Provide implementation guidance and troubleshooting.
Fulfill ad-hoc data analysis requests to enable effective decisions.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to grow and optimize programs.
Define analytics best practices and SOPs; document processes and improve capabilities.
Perform in-depth analysis and reporting with actionable recommendations.
Coordinate with analysts, data scientists, and technologists to align workstreams.
Own delivery of work for assigned clients; ensure on-time execution.
Lead or support project documentation and status updates on Monday.com.
Raise risks or blockers toDelivery Director or Client Services.
Ensure QA and meeting preparation standards are met.
