Kepler Group is seeking a Data Strategy & Analytics Senior Analyst in New York. This hybrid role focuses on data storytelling, measurement strategy, and analytic support for client engagements across digital channels.

You will lead analytics projects, mentor peers, and help shape the department's tools and processes while partnering with clients and agency teams to deliver strategic insights.

Qualifications

• Strong quantitative and communication skills with client-facing experience.
• Experience with major digital media platforms and measurement frameworks.
• Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools.
• Ability to translate data into strategic recommendations for clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead data storytelling across channels with actionable insights.
• Manage client relationships and understand key business questions.
• Develop reports on campaign performance and strategic recommendations.
• Execute a queue of custom analyses to uncover optimization insights.
• Advance client-specific measurement programs with new solutions.
• Own data tech stack and ensure accurate data feeds into Kepler tools.
• Share learnings with the DS&A team and contribute to Kip platform improvements.
