Job summary

Novartis seeks a Director, Intelligence Modernization & Productivity to lead enterprise analytics modernization and productivity programs. This remote US role partners with Strategy, Platforms & Technology to evolve analytics operating models and AI-enabled workflows.

You will own the modernization strategy, governance, backlog, and roadmaps, driving adoption, value realization, and scalable delivery with HYD counterparts. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of analytics, transformation, or related disciplines.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Fluent English; other languages desirable.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation and agile delivery.
• Experience translating business objectives into scalable analytics and workflows.
• Experience managing roadmaps, backlogs, and partnerships across analytics and business.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise analytics modernization strategy and roadmap.
• Partner with AI & Platform Products within SPT for modernization priorities.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, and reusable assets.
• Define future-state analytics operating model including human-plus-agent workflows.
• Lead adoption, change management, and measurement frameworks for modernization initiatives.
