Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry with personalized and precision medicine focus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacology, Epidemiology, Data Science or related field; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in domain areas: analytics, market research, data science, or related strategic analytics.
• 5+ years of people management experience enabling data-driven decisions at senior levels.
• Proficiency analyzing healthcare data (clinical trials, EHR) using advanced statistics.
• Familiarity with digital health tools and patient-generated data.
• Experience with genetic/biomarker indicators affecting treatment efficacy.
• Ability to draft/review technical reports, manuscripts, and scientific presentations.
• Excellent communication; capable of influencing diverse audiences.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, collaboration, and analytical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics team analyzing healthcare data including clinical trials, claims, and EHR.
• Develop partnerships with providers to identify eligible patients in their pools.
• Oversee use of digital health data to capture patient-generated outcomes.
• Track and analyze companion diagnostic availability and usage.
• Analyze real-world evidence to identify patterns in biomarker indicators.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive data-driven strategic decisions.
