Job summary

Novartis in the United States is seeking a senior leader to shape governance and operations for US Medical Affairs. This remote role can be performed from anywhere in the US.

You will design operating models across medical governance, medical operations, and clinical drug supply, and you will run the governance framework with risk, CAPA, audits, and dashboards. You will apply AI and digital tools to modernize how the team works and deliver strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
• Advanced degree is preferred.
• Advanced AI fluency is expected.

Responsibilities

• Design operating models across medical governance, medical operations, and clinical drug supply.
• Run the governance framework, including risk, CAPA, audit readiness, and dashboards.
• Use AI and digital tools to change how the team works.
• About 20 percent travel.
