Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of analytics engineers.
• Strong SQL, dbt, data modeling and data warehousing skills.
• Experience with Airflow, cloud data warehouses, and reverse-ETL.
• Ability to translate business problems into scalable data capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Set direction and roadmap for Analytics Engineering at scale.
• Lead, coach, and grow a team of analytics engineers; manage performance and career development.
• Partner with Analytics, Data Platform, Product Engineering, Finance, Marketing, CRM, and Revenue Ops to turn problems into data capabilities.
• Guide architecture decisions, data contracts, and data product delivery across the data stack.
