AllShore Talent seeks a Senior Analytics Engineer to design scalable dimensional data models and lead DBT transformations using Databricks and cloud analytics tooling in a fully remote contractor role.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into reliable data solutions, maintain data quality and governance, support AI-enabled analytics, and build ELT pipelines with SQL, Python, and PySpark in enterprise environments. Full Mountain Time overlap is expected.

• Hands-on DBT work and dimensional data modeling expertise.
• Experience with Databricks, SQL, Python, PySpark for transformations.
• Proficiency with Terraform/IaC tooling and Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience enabling AI-enabled analytics and copilots.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
