Job summary

Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking an Analytics Engineer to lead ELT within the Commercial Intelligence domain, building analysis-ready models from raw data and extending our data warehouse with new data points. You will connect web analytics with revenue data to form a unified funnel view and collaborate with Data Engineers and Analysts to deliver results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, with strong SQL and dbt skills.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Strong understanding of Kimball modelling principles.
• Able to work across disciplines and independently drive projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the T in ELT within the Commercial Intelligence domain, from raw data to trusted, analysis-ready models.
• Make data modelling decisions based on Kimball's design principles, and help the team apply them consistently.
• Extend the core data warehouse model with new data points.
• Connect web analytics and revenue data into one funnel view.
• Work closely with Data Engineers and Data Analysts in one team.
• Ingest, pipeline and analysis work when needed, and share modelling knowledge.
• Support development with AI and build well-documented data foundations.
• Ensure data integrity, security.
• Set up proactive data monitoring and alerting.
• Build relationships with stakeholders in E-Commerce, Marketing and other teams.
• Contribute to collaborative high-performing team culture.
• Manage several projects at once in a fast-paced, agile environment.
