We seek a Senior BI Developer to design and scale enterprise Power BI solutions, build semantic models, and enable self-service analytics across underwriting, distribution, and customer experience.

On-site in Irving, TX, you will partner with leaders to deliver actionable insights and robust governance. The role requires 2+ years with Power BI in a data-heavy environment, strong SQL/Python

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a quantitative field.
• 2+ years of experience with a degree; additional years accepted in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years of advanced Power BI development, including enterprise semantic modeling and performance optimization.
• Experience in data analysis, modeling, and visualization within insurance or financial services.
• Experience with Python and SQL for data analysis, automation, and data quality validation.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Fabric preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and scale enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.
• Build and maintain centralized semantic models and datasets for self-service analytics.
• Create Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards; optimize performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deploy reporting solutions and data products.
• Design and implement Row-Level Security and governance for analytics assets.
• Promote consistency of business logic across platforms and ensure data quality.
