Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading complex data analytics, BI, procurement analytics, or finance analytics initiatives.
• Proven expertise in SQL for data extraction, reconciliation, and validation.
• Dashboard development with Power BI or similar BI tool.
• Forecasts, projections, benchmarks, and performance metrics for strategic decisions.
• Data validation rules, reconciliations, data flows, and definitions.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and maintain self-serve analytics dashboards, reports, scorecards, and executive-ready analyses for payments, procurement, supplier management, and spend.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Finance, Category Management, Supplier Management, and IT to align on data, definitions, and KPI assumptions.
• Analyze invoice data, payment cycles, POs, maverick spend, cycle times, and payment terms to identify improvements and efficiencies.
• Develop and maintain procurement forecasting models, spend pipelines, and contract renewal scenarios with performance tracking.
• Perform contract and supplier analytics, assess performance, risk, sustainability, and metadata to enable rationalization and renewal tracking.
