Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of data analytics experience.
• Healthcare analytics experience required (hospital systems, healthcare analytics, supply chain, or related).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis).
• Experience with large datasets and translating data into business insights.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics projects by creating datasets, conducting ad-hoc analyses, and solving complex business questions.
• Analyze hospital purchasing and product usage data to identify cost savings opportunities and optimization strategies.
• Evaluate pricing, contracts, rebates, administrative fees, and market benchmarks to uncover financial insights.
• Partner with Spend Managers and business leaders to communicate findings, recommendations, and cost reduction opportunities.
• Interpret reporting results using healthcare market and product knowledge.
• Gather business requirements and determine the best analytical approach for new requests.
• Identify trends, performance metrics, and benchmarks to support strategic initiatives.
• Create presentations, dashboards, charts, graphs, and reports to communicate findings.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
