Job summary

Data Direct Networks in the United States seeks a Senior Analytics Engineer to own transformation and modeling for the enterprise data platform. You’ll turn data from Salesforce, Workday, product systems, and other sources into trusted datasets used by Sales, Finance, Product, and Operations.

You’ll collaborate with data engineers and analysts to design dbt models, ensure data quality, and build Sigma data models and BI layers for self-serve analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a similar data-focused role.
• Strong SQL expertise with complex queries and performance tuning.
• Experience building data models and BI content for analytics.
• Hands-on in cloud data warehouses and transformation pipelines.
• Excellent communication to translate technical concepts for business users.

Responsibilities

• Own data modeling to transform raw data into analytics-ready datasets.
• Maintain data quality with testing, monitoring, and documentation.
• Build and maintain Sigma data models and BI semantic layers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate analytical needs into scalable data models.
